Are Health Workers Really Mean as We Think They Are?

In Somalia, there are many complaints claim health care providers which are not based on the context; many health care services are complained about by the people, especially the attitude of the health workers in the hospitals. The complaints are about how health workers behave to the patients and Para Patients (the person who gives the patient care, either family or friends) during work. Although the blame is different, they condemn similar behaviors like impoliteness, unkindness, superiority, and others which are unpleasant. Besides, health professionals were contradicted by those condemns. They have argued that they deal with good behavior at working conditions with their clients and they could not violate their rights, but the patients and para patients do not fully understand the challenges faced by health workers.
